I had a Body Wrap and and Colonic and I feel like a new person. I found this place when they ran a GROUPON deal and I will never go anywhere else. The place is LIKE A SPA. This by far is the best kept secert in AZ!!

Just 45 minutes of soothing heat and quiet music had my mind so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. All that while my body was burning calories and sweating out toxins?!? Okay, sign me up for a membership!

After using the sauna, he came out again to ask if I had a good experience. In a time when people have forgotten that good customer service builds businesses, this place got it right!

Okay, I never review anyone, but this deserves a review, a thank you and a bow with a standing ovation. It is every thing that was advertised. The office was immaculate, I felt like I was at a close friends house and I could be myself and Jacinda Is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly smile and you could tell she loved her job in helping others become aware in getting healthier. I was able too see every thing and before I could ask a question, it was already being answered! I would recommend this procedure to every one. It is amazing how much time we spend abusing our bodies, well all I can say, is today was the day I changed how I have been treating myself. I am taking charge and looking froward to a long lasting relationship with Mind, Body & Flow. I feel great and my stomach just shrunk after the first time, so my next visits are even going too prove this place right. Thank you Jacinda.
One more thing, thanks for not trying too sell me things that I just didn't need right now and recommending me the product that I do need.
