Jacinda J. Aiken

Jacinda uses a strategic, soulful approach to helping people move past their limitations with both discipline and compassion.

A veteran of the corporate world for over 15 years, she found yoga and meditation to be a remarkable way to find the balance that is necessary to stay competitive in business without experiencing the burn out that is often associated with such results-oriented positions. Soon she began to find herself often sharing her life skills for focus, balance and endurance with others.

After a series of unfortunate events, Jacinda found her life completely turned upside down and on the brink of major cross-roads. She had become emotionally, physically and spiritually bankrupt. She was helping others but neglecting her own health in the process. So, she decided to apply the same knowledge and skills to survival in business to becoming a mental, physical and spiritual survivor, as well. The results not only saved her life but put her on the path of healing herself.

A life-long student, she added a second degree in Mind – Body Transformational Psychology from the Southwest Institute of Natural Healing Arts (SWIHA) to her ever-growing “collection” of degrees, licenses and certifications. During her studies, she became a Certified Yoga Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Zen Shiatsu Practioner, and Transformational Life Coach. Jacinda is an Advanced Colon Hydro-therapist certified by both I-ACT (International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy) and GPACT (The Global Professional Association for Colon Therapy). She has been recommended and endorsed by naturopaths and medical doctors. More specifically she is recognized by gastroenterologist, Dr. Chris Demetriou, GI Doctors NY, as the only Certified Clinical Colon Hydro-therapist in the entire state of Arizona authorized in ColoLAVAGEsm, which is the world’s lowest volume colonoscopy prep combined with a specialized method of Colon Hydrotherapy. It is used for preparation prior to radiological or endoscopic examinations, leading to improved colon visibility for better screening results.

Jacinda is the Wellness Director, Senior Therapist and Instructor at Mind, Body & Flow, A Creating Wellness Center, where she cherishes an amazing opportunity to apply her knowledge of health and wellness and her intuitive ability to resonate with others. She uses her energetic approach and coaching skills to guide clients, staff and students. Inviting them to “let go” of that which is no longer serving them. Through experience, she genuinely believes that if your body isn’t releasing the toxins that are poisoning its physical health, it’s reflective of what is going on mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. Jacinda’s holistic approach encourages those around her to explore the connection between the physical, psychological and spiritual, by teaching them to have a deeper presence and awareness to improve not only their health, but their lives.
